State Mandated physical requirements have changed for 2022-2023Students entering grades Pre K OR Kindergarten, and grades 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 will be required to have a physical for the 2022-2023 school year. Letters were mailed home in the spring to all those affected.Students entering grade 7 need Meningitis vaccine.Seniors need Meningitis vaccine.All parents were notified of this mandate in the spring.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Staff, Students & Parents:
If you are sick, STAY HOME!
for 24 hours after fever returns to normal temp
without use of Tylenol or Motrin.
Wash your hands! Use hand sanitizer!
Wash hands often and use soap.
Cough & sneeze into tissue or bend in arm!
Avoid sneezing or coughing into air.Amended public health law regarding
influenza education, June 2011( Please Read!!!)

Permission for Medicine
New York State Education Department requires the school to have on file permission signed by the parent/guardian and the child's physician before we can administer any mediation to your child. This includes both prescription and non-prescription (over the counter) medications. Click the following link to get the appropriate form for printing, complete them and send them in with your child.
