Improving your community! Help today! Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a small group under the Pratt Northern Foundation giving away money to better the community. Members of YAC review applications submitted by school and community citizens requesting money, decide the value of the request, and distribute the funds. They look for programs that improve the quality of life for Harrisville citizens. |
