All Volunteers!
YAC
(Youth Advisory Council) would like to honor volunteers from the school
and community during National Volunteer Week (April 27th –
May 3rd).
If you know of someone who has gone
above and beyond to help out another person or organization in the
school or community, you may nominate that person by clicking the link
below to get the form, or you may get the form in the main office at
Harrisville Central School.
On
the nomination form, please fill out identifying information of the
person(s) you wish to nominate and write a brief description of why this
person should be given an award for their service to others.
YAC members will review all nominations and select those persons
who best represent the spirit of community and helping/giving back to
others.
Remember,
you can nominate a student, teacher, support staff member, bus driver,
community members, local business owners, parents, etc…
Selected
volunteers will be recognized in early May during a SRA Assembly.
A certificate and a token of appreciation will be given to the
honored volunteers.
