·        Be ready for instruction. I will have something to say.

6. Passing in papers:

·        When passing in papers students will place their papers on the desk next to theirs, starting with the students in the row closest to the windows.

·        The next student will add his or her paper to the stack and place it on the next desk.

7. Exchanging papers:

·        The first two rows will exchange with the person next to them.

·        The second two rows will exchange with the person next to them.

8. Taking quizzes and tests:

·        Test will be passed out from the door side of the room.

·        Students in each row will take the top copy of a test and then pass the test across the row to the next student and repeat as necessary.

·        There will be no communications between any students while the test is out.

·        Eyes on your own papers. (any communications or eye wandering during a quiz or test could result in a zero for the quiz or test.)

·        When the teacher asks for the tests, hand them in according to the procedure of handing in assignments.

9. Classroom announcements:

·        During any announcements all students will stop whatever they are doing and quietly listen to the announcements.

10. Fire drill:

12. Procedures for absences:

·        For short absences you will be required to turn in missed homework on the next class day after you return.

·        Missed test and quizzes need to be made up as soon as possible. Discuss this with the teacher.

13. Procedures for group work.

·        You are responsible for your own job and the results of the group.

·        If you have a question, ask your support buddies. (Take initiative.)

·        You must be willing to help if a support buddy asks for your help.
