SHARED DECISION MAKING

   

The purpose of the school-based planning and shared decision making shall be to improve the educational performance of all students in the school, regardless of such factors as socioeconomic status, race, sex, language background or disability.

   
The HCS Shared Decision Making committee is composed of members of the administration, teachers representing all grade levels, support staff, students, and community members.  This committee reviews school policies, student handbooks, and issues of concerns from teachers, students and/or parents.
